HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Executive Package is built on the proprietary “Now-to-Next” © 4-Step coaching framework, and is implemented according to the following process:
#1-LEARN
ASSESS GOALS
- Clarify issues and targeted outcomes
- Develop benchmarks and metrics for development plan
- Agree on goals and roles, and sign contract
#2-LAUNCH
CONNECT BEHAVIOR TO OUTCOMES
- Launch services with coaching needs assessment--leadership strengths, areas for growth, gaps, and action plans
- Conduct 360 Feedback (supervisor, peers, and direct reports) as needed
- Deliver and interpret assessment instruments + skills, interests, and values inventories as needed
- “Connect the dots” to targeted behaviors and outcomes, and determine any additional development activities
#3-LAND
ENGAGE IN LEADERSHIP COACHING
- Engage in 1:1 coaching sessions (30-60-90 minutes as needed) via Skype/Phone/Onsite as agreed
- Focus on practice of new behaviors and troubleshooting obstacles and challenges
- Coach + Coachee each track progress and land on further leadership skills training, tools or resources
#4-LEAD
REVIEW + EVALUATE RESULTS
- Leadership outcomes reviewed and reported on by both Coach + Coachee
- Coach evaluates measured results to assess progress on targets
- 360 Follow up feedback as needed
- Adapt and adjust Leadership Action Plans to continue building leadership capabilities for next steps
Each one-on-one coaching sessions are conducted virtually by Skype/Zoom, or in some cases, over the phone. (Onsite and in-person sessions are available in the San Francisco Bay Area.) Sessions may be 30/60/90 minutes (customized as needed), and email and phone contact in between sessions is unlimited.
